Pipol - DESENZANO DEL GARDA

Visited this place at 7pm on a Friday night. The restaurant was empty but we thought we'd do it because of the great reviews. I had one of the specials (mushroom day) and my husband had the carbonara. Both dishes were dry. We may have been unhappy, but we were really disappointed. I feel a little sorry for the waiter who was very friendly and tried his best but there was just no atmosphere so we left.

We booked a table at this great restaurant and sat inside. The staff was great, very friendly and attended to our needs. Food was amazing.

Lovely restaurant with a relaxing atmosphere very helpful staff great menu. Can sit outside but the inside is nice, they have a digital juke box with great music options very friendly atmosphere. If you are looking for something different in Desenzanino del Garda... go here.

My partner and I were staying nearby for 5 nights. We visited Pipol twice during our stay. The pizzas were amazing, but the seafood pasta had us speechless. Fresh pasta, rich tomato sauce and perfectly cooked seafood. I have yet to taste pasta so good....I hope one day we can return. Thank you Pipol!

I found this restaurant on trip advisor and I looked at the previous comments some good some not so good. I can only say it was above my expectations really quick service and Marco the waiter was very pleasant and helpful as the menu is...not all in English. I got my starter which should be for 2 made especially for me ... followed by a t bone steak and grilled vegetables. I requested chilli and it was there in an instant. I was asked twice if everything was good and I asked for my steak to be cooked just a little more and this was not a problem at all. I followed on with a berry cheesecake which was lovely and ended the meal happy and contented Well recommended Sorry I did not take photos of beginning and end
