Wendy's - Des Plaines

Service car is not so good you have to go inside to get everything good.

I have been at this location 3 times and will probably not go back again. The food is consistently Wendy's and is fast and hot. HOWEVER, the same lady is taking orders every time (mornings) and I feel like I am doing her a favor. I have to ask her REPEATEDLY, sometimes two or three times, to repeat herself and she acts offended very time. She speaks fast and her accent is almost impossible to understand. Certainly there must be a better job for her that doesn't require customer contact.

Once again, despite the website indicating that they are open and having a sign advertising breakfast, they were closed at 7:15. There were no posted hours on the windows or doors.

Child personal order always right not quite sure why there is so much hate for this wendy’s location. I've been coming to this for years and they've been great again and again. the employees working here were always friendly and accommodating. my orders always hot, tasty and above all, right.
