Starbucks - Des Plaines

AMAZING service, tried this Starbucks location for the first time and the barista named Cesar gaved me amazing service. He was so nice and is so sweet. Cesar really made my experience so good. 10/10 I will be coming back just for him. Wonderful person and really made me feel comfortable. Thank you Cesar ! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I spent 30 minutes waiting in the drive-thru line. When I finally reached the window, they didn’t even know what I had ordered. I usually don't write reviews, but this experience was ridiculous. The cashier even handed my money back to me like a child.
