Panera Bread - Des Plaines

This is the worse Panera 2 times in the last 2 times I ordered and both my sandwiches had no meat one was suppose to be turkey and one chicken both sandwiches had lettuce tomatoe onion how about no meat whatsoever not just once they gorgot 2 times in one week ., they said they where sending something to me never got anything and it happened again . No one ever answers the phone this is place is the worse ., poor customer service .. and no one now’s what’s going on .. I want my 30 bucks back that I spent I will never go here again !!!!!!!

They give you a buzzer that doesn't work, your food will sit on the counter forever if you don't go up there yourself, and check of its ready. Also, on the menue avocado chipotle chicken sandwich on French bread but they give serve it on focaccia bread. Too much bread with very little stuffing.

Panera excellent.. I had the bread bowl onion soup... Magnifico!

Still good, however, you feel the food was rushed.Please don't reduce quality.

No more amazing Panera! So dirty, food on the floor and on the tables. You have to clean your own table to eat here. My shoes were sticking to the floor. Food ok!
