I rarely review chain restaurants, but there are so many Dunkin' Donuts with varying levels of quality, and this particular location truly stands out. The accuracy of their orders and the efficiency of service are impressive. It's clear that the manager is doing a great job. The staff are friendly, and the layout for ordering is ideal. There are multiple lines open, so you can easily choose one, and usually, a team member is taking hot coffee orders from customers in line. If you order food or an iced or specialty drink, it’s delivered at the other end of the registers. I’m amazed at how quickly I can get in and out, especially considering the high volume of customers they serve. I’m not sure how many locations have this system, but this one also runs daily specials. One highlight is their Monday deal, where coffee is just around $1 after noon.
The cleanliness of this restaurant leaves much to be desired. Located at the rear of a gas station and car wash, it doesn't seem very sanitary. I noticed flies on the donuts while placing my order. I would recommend looking for a different Dunkin' location.
This is hands down the worst Dunkin' Donuts location I've ever visited. Their go-to excuse seems to be "My espresso machine is currently down," and I've heard that three out of the four times I've been there. The service is really lacking, too. I mean, how long should we really have to wait at a gas station? It's quite frustrating.
NOT PERSONAL, IT'S JUST THE POOR SERVICE! I initially thought my experience was a one-off, but it's been a consistent issue. The coffee is often served half full, and this location repeatedly runs out of items like avocado, pesto, cream cheese, and more. To top it off, the staff never wears gloves or masks.
