Dunkin' - Des Plaines

My roommates and I come to this Dunkin probably 5+ time a week as we live down the block. Always do a great job of getting our mobile orders done quick! Shout out to Kevin for always being super nice and friendly with us P.S. we'd love if you guysbrought back the deal on the wake up wraps!

I didn't the elaichi chai and black tea and we were keep on asking for black pepper and suger packets

The staff was nice, but the donuts were stale by the afternoon.

The delivery service here is outstanding. The team members work hard to get your order to you as quickly as possible. However, I do have an issue with this particular location: the management does not permit their staff to accept tips. These employees deserve to be rewarded for their excellent service. On a positive note, during my second visit, I was served in under five minutes, even with two other customers ahead of me.
