Buffalo Wild Wings Go - Des Plaines

This place is a joke. Every time I order from here they always screw something up. I never get my sauces. I just ordered 25 wings and never got any of my ranch. The wings are old and dry. 2 orders of fried pickles and 2 orders of onion rings and noside sauces for any of them and to top it all off, I just chewed through pieces of bones in the fried pickles. This place shouldnot operate?

After a handful of times going it 's probably time for me to write a review. I love BWW but this one misses for me. Maybe its the 99c Takeout Fee for a restaurant that was DESIGNED for takeout, or maybe its because when I order wings they are literallyswimming in a bath of sauce to the point where you cant eat them. Either way, going to have to take a long break from this spot.

Horrible food quality.. the container the wings were is was literally dripping sauce everywhere, but the wings themselves aren't even halfway covered. Carrots were dried out and nasty looking. Chicken was hard and tasted undercooked. Literally ate 1 of my10 wings order and threw the rest out. Frozen nuggets from Walmart are better quality, in my opinion. 2 times now from this sameplace, doubt I'll try again for a while.

How can a reasonable, sober, functioning member of society look at this and go ?yeah we should serve this to people.? BWW get your stuff together man. I?ve eaten wings at some of the dirtiest nastiest hole in a wall grungy places and they wouldn?t dareserve me something so audaciously gross. I?ve eaten street food from the shadowed back alleys of China with no hygienicprocedures in sight and it?s more trustworthy than this monstrosity. I?ve eaten things you people wouldn?t believe, and mystomach turned looking at this specimen. Also the taters are severely undercooked. Could?ve just ate raw potato for dinner andhad a better experience. And you charge significantly higher than other local wing places. Unbelievable.

I just went to pick up my order, walked in and no one was in front. One of the employees saw me as he placed an order in the slots, doesn?t acknowledge me just goes back to working and talking to the other employee. I voiced out excuse me a couple timesand still nothing. Finally got his attention to get my drink for my order he handed me a cup and said ?your welcome? as I didnot say thank you. I also realized I was supposed to get 2 drinks but that?s my fault as my husband placed the order. Iunderstand places are short staffed, as I am also in hospitality, but a simple ?be with you in a moment? instead of ignoringreally goes a long way.
