Taqueria La Papa - Des Moines

I’m a regular, almost here 2-3 times a week. Me and Girlfriend always come here and half of the time they forget limes and onions. Despite us asking for extra.. service is trash. The black truck down the street is way better and service actually respects you. I can’t support this truck.Parking: Nothing

Came here after state fair for something besides state fair food. The food was so good, best food I ate all day despite eating a ton of fair food

This place SLAPS. The food is so tasty and inexpensive. Saved many Grandview and East students over the years. Love this place

The food is great , the service isn’t always bad. There is however a guy that gives himself a couple dollar tip or doesn’t know how to do math. It’s happened a couple times now. I always leave something but I haven’t felt like I should the last two times I’ve been. First time could have been a mistake, the 3rd time however I doubt.

The burritos are top notch and tried the tacos today and just the same. put a little red hot sauce and they were perfect, they left my lips tingling. got to try something new next time!
