Subway - Des Moines

Food is good but prices are now too high. I will not go back.

Employee was helpful, alittle forgetful but had a warm energy and Both people liked their sandwiches . The outside looks gross and uninviting but once you enter the door the shop looks clean.

We visited subway this afternoon on Memorial Day and the gentleman with the silver chain was very friendly and professional. He should be given a raise.

Young lady was very polite, sandwiches were very good and store appears clean and well managed.

I have been eating in this subway for 13 years and I have observed that it slows down after the new management took it about 3 or 4 years ago. remember that this decline occurred before covid began. every time I eat, they're out of something simple, even before that happens at lunchtime. I'm going to the army post. food: 4/5
