Starbucks - Des Moines

When the people are in the hospital, they're going through a lot. must not be treated badly. order them wrong!

I had none of their products, but while waiting for a family member to get out of the operation, a very loud fellow worker was there. it wasn't bad when she greeted her customers, but hearing everything about the people she was working with these nottags, or how angry someone was who sms them, and you swear was a bit much. very unprofessional!

I don't drink coffee but I bought a breakfast sandwich and got a cup of ice. Service was great.

Ignore any negetive comments about this place , THEY ALL KNOW HOW TO MAKE DARN GOOD COFFEE! believe me I've been to A TON of starbucks , yes the line gets long because nurses and docs need thier coffee but the staff IS AMAZING AND FRIENDLY and they have the best cold foam , believe me when I say these drinks can be messed up because every where else I go they don't seem to understand how to do it.. anyway GOOD JOB MERCY STARBUCKS TEAM???

Good choice of non-dairy option but one must pay extra.
