Paleteria La Michoacana - Des Moines

The nachos were watery. How do you screw up Nachos? I was so excited to try this restaurant. I'm sorry. I'm not trying anymore.

Not the best burrito, no taste. But I was hungry, I prefer Chipotle.

Amazing tacos and aguas frescas. Your Paletas are also amazing, I always stop here when I'm close to getting some tacos de carnitas. Could not recommend enough!

If you like Mangoneadas go here!! Mangoneadas are a mango treat, like a smoothie with actual mango slices and chamoy a tamarind based sweet and sour sauce)… delicious!!

We have come a few times because it's a convenient location, but it's not the best spot for sweets. There are some items on their menu they never seem to have in stock (like Fresca con crema). The hazelnut ice cream this time was a little freezer burned and the waffle cone was a little stale. I really want to like it here but we just have been disappointed when we have tried it so far- We will probably just keep going to La Premium Michoacana though.
