Bidrage med feedbackThis is Hyvee I always go to. Never had any problems. Great customer service, friendly people and very convenient. Tonight I went and bought stuff to make chicken tacos. Got home to find the shells I bought were moldy. Had to throw out. Expiration date was 04/20.
Oh boy, and as the cashier put it, I 'm already over this day! Went in to get milk and bagels. Found a basket of toxic waste candy. The basket was.marked 10/$1. We got about 50 of them to hand out for Halloween. 4 different flavors.Got to the register and Rachael was the cashier and she started ringing up the stuff. The Candy was ringing up at 20 cents each. Lori/Laurie was the manager involved, who had to get her manager involved (she didn 't want to uphold the policy of right price or its free . Long story short, I got all the candy for free, but Lord the attitude I had to endure from them to make it right was utterly unprofessional.
Food took a really long time.the cook burnt the food. The waitress was walking back. I won't come back to eat in the restaurant.
Worst Hy-vee market grille experience ever. Then I complain to the kitchen manager, Ashley; In a respectful way about how terrible our experience was and she was rude. I am a manager at a restaurant and I would never talk to my costumers the way she did me. It was not like I was rude or disrespectful in anyway to her. I didn't get an apology for how terrible it was. On top of getting nasty burnt burgers, we had waited over 30 minutes to recieve this food. I would not go back.
1st time eating here u0026 was rather surprised how good it was. Was a delicious meal. Service was great. My one complaint.... Why do I need to have a TV showing a live feed of the back. That feels very inappropriate u0026 wrong to the employee to put them out there like that.
