Cheese Dsm - Des Moines

We parked in the back hoping there was no waiting time. We waited for about 5 minutes and sit. We've been here a few times and everything we had. After trying to decide for 20 minutes, my wife ordered La Quercia (a grilled cheese with mixed cheeses, prisutto and pepper jam) for us to split together with the loaded pommes and a lateral blue cheese salad. Also decent craft beer and wine and mixed drink menu. Images attached

We started with drinks, including a Lost in the Woods (see picture) which my wife loved.For dinner, we ordered a Cheese Meat Board (see picture) and the Fondue (see pictures) along with Loaded Fries (see picture) and Cheese Curds (see picture). All of them were fantastic I can't think of one to call out in particular, so would recommend them all! A delightful experience. Staff was friendly, food was delicious, and the drinks were fantastic. Highly recommend giving them a try, especially if you're a cheese lover!

Wonderful food, the best cheese selection in town, many artisanal selections. Great charcuterie offerings and all accompanying accoutrements. Small but welcoming with warm, well informed staff.

Ordered the delicious lunch special: half a sandwich and side, the tomato soup. The sandwich had ham, bacon, an egg, and cheese (clearly) and was super delicious! The soup was very tomatoey and tasted fresh it was good, but would try another side before ordering the tomato soup again.Food: 5/5
