Bellhop - Des Moines

Lauren was AMAZING! She was so personable with all of my friends. We love her and will be coming back to see her just because of the customer experience we had!

Bellhop has some great tiki drinks, but as another reviewer noted, it’s not a traditional tiki vibe I’d describe it as modern exotica. A younger crowd as well. We had great service and there’s some pyrotechnics with at least one drink ? ?

Unexpected tiki bar in downtown Des Moines. The drink were good and the environment was very fun. We would go back for sure. Parking was very easy and we were able to get a seat right away. A welcome change to the local norm.

Bellhop has great tiki drinks, very good drinks- well presented and the folks making the drinks are awesome but it’s not a tiki bar. Ambiance is more of a cool beach vibe with club music. The crowd is hip and trendy. It’s a fun place to grab drinks with friends.Of the three places that brands itself as a tiki bar in Des Moines, Bellhop is the best overall.

We had so much fun at Bellhop. Absolutely beautiful location. They take their tiki seriously, and have a killer Mai Tai the way it’s supposed to be made. The big surprise was the pillow talk I can and did have too many of those. It’s a shame there’s no food right now even bar snacks would go a long way.
