When I lived in the area, there was this place called Dandy Dog in Normandy Park.... this place is much better and a variety of dogs and sausages that takes a while to choose. A must to stop when you're in the area.
I've lived my whole life in Des Moines, but I've never moved into the doghouse until today. Nice that I, the service was great, food was good and the guy behind the counter was super friendly and speechful. Come back here.
