Absolutely amazing and beautiful food, 1st class always 5

Order food at 12:30 to arrive at 1:20 as that’s when i go on lunch for work. It got to 1:50 and i rung up the restaurant and they said “the food is here and ready, just waiting on a driver”. The food arrived at 2:16 which i had to go back to work so didn’t get to eat the food, however the food arrived cold and the bread was hard. Shocking and disgraceful from the delivery drivers

I was very disappointed to find out there was no soup left at 1:45 today. Why advertise soup and sandwich deal if there is no soup ? I would love to know how it was allowed to run out ? So easy to make and store. Staff were very busy, but pleasant. Please have soup next time !
