Dunkin' - Derry

I have been a customer here multiple times a day for over 12yrs!! morning hot coffee is great but the ice coffee's totally disgusting!! Way to many scoops of coffee being brewed in one pot.it looks like mud even after putting 2 creams .tired of wasting my money on coffee that is gross these past few months are the worst maybe hire people who put in SOME effort to make things right the first time instead of giving rude looks! when asked to make the coffee over..and stop making the coffee so dark!!!! put in the actual ingredients that was asked for..smh

Hot chocolate is disgusting at this place taste like dish water. ?

Apologies for not catch name on the young man who served on me, but he has purple hair on top. Very rude and does not listen to what customers request is. Example: I asked for chocolate covered which is chocolate frosted), he said boston cream, I said no and pointed to correct one. Please train the employees correctly and not to be rude and use respect. We have come to this Dunkin Donuts since they opened.Thank you, not happy service this trip.

Everything was perfect. Small line but they were moving fast and didn’t miss a beat. My food was hot and freshly cooked.

I expect this Dunkins to be closing soon, or at least restricting their hours of operation. I was there last week on a weekday afternoon. There were 2 workers, I was the only customer inside, and there was no one in the drive-through. They ignored me. I stood there for fifteen minutes before walking out. I wonder why they were even open. But I know now why there were no other customers.
