The George - Derbyshire Dales

Fantastic pub. wendy, allan and the girls have completely turned this pub. newly decorated, amazing functional room (they draw all the stops for private parties, go up and beyond). always a nice welcoming atmosphere to be here. great value for money. very good selection of gins and various tonics. they know how to keep food beer. really friendly family-run pub. all employees are nice and welcoming and nothing is too much annoyed. 100% recommend this pub for everyone whether they live here on holiday or in the village or surroundings, the george inn tideswell is definitely worth a visit.

After choosing to walk in a different direction, we made a reservation for a table at this restaurant. Our meal was excellent and the atmosphere was enjoyable. The staff were friendly and this place is a must-visit. They also serve breakfast!

Although it wasn't time for them to eat like they were a big funeral party in, they found space for us and let us eat. the food proportions are massive and absolutely tasty. I had spices and maic in a big yorkie with gravy and plucked. he drilled hot and couldn't find any mistakes. there was nothing left on our tellers. children loved it, they gave the dog tasty and each employee was so friendly. great relaxing atmosphere there x

They people are welcoming and helpful. Food is good and beer good and well kept. Toilets lovely and clean. Deserves 5stars. Thanks for a great meal friday and saturday night.

I visited this restaurant for lunch today with friends. The food was delicious and there was a generous portion size. The restaurant was clean and the staff were very friendly. I will definitely be returning.
