Olive Garden Italian - Derby

Service was slow and we literally had to wait almost 40 minutes for bread sticks! Everyone else was getting taken care of and had bread sticks coming but us. 3 of our dishes were wrong out of 6 of us! The manager finally came over to check on our take after walking by us atleast 6 times checking on other tables and took off 2 of the meals and made the meals that was ordered so basically 2 of our party didn't get to eat until they got home. It was a complete mess!

Tanya our waitress was amazing. If you go there ask for her. Best customer service I’ve had in a long time. Glad we went to this location.

Food was so so and the service was so so not sure why? But hope it is better next time. Maybe it was an off night.

Took over 30 mins to get a drink and beer. They did pay for one of the meals, but all I wanted was a beer.

My husband And I had supper at the Olive Garden in Derby, Ks. After we had been seated, there were 4—5 wait staff standing at the front counter being very unprofessional. They were using inappropriate language and goofing off conducting themselves very inappropriately. The food was good, but due to the language I doubt we will return.
