Pappa's Takeaway - Derby

Green recomendation from a lovely chap carrying a pizza box. Great pizza and still open long after my hotel restaurant had shut up shop. Thoroughly enjoying my rather late supper

I was hungry and this seemed to be the only place to eat in the area that was open. Despite the grim exterior i ventured inside. Grim inside, tables not cleaned. I ordered safe, burger and chips. The guy who was nice and polite cooked both from fresh. It was edible and hot but sadly lacked any flavour. At £4.90 good value but tasteless.

Been coming here for 20 years, this place is a hidden gem. When it comes to pizzas and burgers, you wont find better from a takeaway. I would recommend the spicy chicken pizza and cheese and chips. Trust me some takeaways are even struggling to deliver cheese and chips our days.

I have been a customer for 30 years never disappointed. Tasty, hot and always fully loaded. Great value for money.

Had a hot spicy pizza and i must say it was absolutely delicious plenty of generous topping best i,ve had in a long time. This is the place to order from if you want a tasty pizza and not to pricey either.
