Morrisons Cafe - Derby

Absolutely discusting meal. Chips stone cold and overcooked. I complained the assistant bought me a replacement but peas were in one lump and cold. Tea from machine cold and weak. £15 Absolutely wasted. Never go there again.

Not impressed at all, Luke warm food and not value for the money any more. Some menu items not available ! Used to ok pre Covid but gone downhill now.

Terrible start,prebook meal,long queue and one not working.Resorted to a sandwich.Tables dirty,filled with food trays,staff ? What a let down Morrisons,will not come again.

This is the worst cafe for service out of all morrisons cafe's I've visited over the years, you have to wait ages for someone to serve you the staff are either taking food to people or chatting to other staff members. Most of the tables have dirty plates on them and on busy days there isn't anywhere to sit because of this. The coffee machines are not working the one has been out of order for over 2 months now, the other one hasn't been working for about a week now. It's just not good enough. Very disappointing

Bacon, egg and mushroom was served cold! My daughter found a black hair on her breakfast! I have light brown hair, she has faded purple hair. Only good thing was the friendly service and the sausages. Won't be going again.
