Excellent food and fantastic service. I took my man here on the boxing day as a birthday surprise and I am so glad that I did it. a great thank you to the staff for a wonderful meal.

I had birthday. if they like to eat fine, this is worth a visit. I'm new to derby, but this is my favorite place. they love the seat in the upper floor in an old chapel. unique.

After dining at this restaurant several times and being impressed by the service, food, and atmosphere, I was surprised to read some negative reviews. I decided to see for myself what the fuss was about. To my relief, the concerns seemed unwarranted. While it was a bit concerning to not receive a confirmation for my reservation or a courtesy call beforehand, the food was delicious and the service was impeccable, even though the restaurant was busy. I'm glad people didn't let the negative reviews scare them away. In my opinion, it's best to try something for yourself before passing judgment. The staff clearly work hard to make the restaurant a success and we are already looking forward to our next visit.

We stumbled upon this restaurant by chance and initially thought it might be too fancy for us, but decided to give it a try. The ambiance of the venue is beautiful, combining old-fashioned charm with a modern twist. We were greeted warmly, enjoyed drinks downstairs while perusing the menu, which was somewhat limited but satisfactory. We were then escorted upstairs to our table, which had a good view. The cod cheeks were a standout dish for us, and the food overall was delightful. The service from our waiter was good and we had no complaints. The prices were reasonable, making it a great overall dining experience. The only drawback is that it is a bit hidden away, so finding the restaurant may be a bit challenging.
