Cosmo Derby

Terrible experience at this restaurant. The Indian buffet was was cold rice, chicken rubbery. The other sections with huge queues with children running around. Staff unhelpful when advised of my concerns I will not be visiting this restaurant again waste of money.

Absolute dreadful, have came before and there was a lot more choice, this time around barely any choice, food is very beige, for the price they charge for evening buffet would expect a lot more variety, I won’t be rushing back.

Book a table for my daughter's 21st birthday and it was an absolute joke from the moment we walked through the door. Was told we couldn't get drinks till our table was ready (20 minutes) so had to twiddle our thumb's and wait. When we were allowed to go through, I felt like a criminal, as though I was expecting people to eat for free. No option of me paying on my card even though I'd given my card details. Completely unorganised, asked for a high chair but wasn't provided with one. When I tried to speak with the waiter I was ignored. Was told that I would have to pay for the 4 possible extra guests that were trying to make it. Found a hair in my meal. As said disaster from start to finish. Such a shame as my daughter saw it on TikTok and really wanted to try it.

Unfortunately this was an awful experience. Despite pre booking a table we had to que to get to reception, then wait for almost 30 minutes for our table (we were on time) . It was extremely busy and we had to que 15 mins at each counter for food and the food was cold! Quality of food was cheap and poor.
