Gloucester service: lovely people but SO SO SO SLOW! like, we were waiting for 2 hours for our food, slow. Nice food though, good amount of veggie options

I believe many have mentioned this before, but the staff here speaks very little English. The restaurant is quite empty and lacks any atmosphere compared to others near our home that offer a similar cuisine. The food was mediocre and even when we asked for the waiter's personal recommendation, it wasn't anything special. We were excited for our meal as we love this type of cuisine, but unfortunately, it was not the best we have ever had.

My visit to Arabienna on a Friday night was enjoyable. We accidentally entered through the back door for Shisha customers, as we did not read the sign properly. We opted for a variety of starters to create our own tapas/mezze meal. The food was delicious and well-prepared. Though we initially felt a bit out of place, we soon felt comfortable. The restaurant does not serve alcohol, but they allow customers to bring their own and provide glasses for them.
