Moe's Southwest Grill - Denville

They always close early. It doesn’t seem like they want the business. It’s ridiculous. I tried placing an online order and I can’t even get that. They clearly don’t want people going there. I’m sorry they’re understaffed, but this is not the customers problem.

Read the reviews and almost didn't come in, but I was really in the mood for Moe's queso. So, I gave ema shot. Service was very friendly, portions were great, way more chips than I could eat. The bathrooms were very clean as was the rest of the establishment. If you have bailed on this location in the past, maybe give em another shot.

What an embarrassment. The situation is, first off I'm not a manager but it doesn't seem like a manager/owner has a good sense of customer service at all. All the portion of the food was so small portion that our family had to go out to eat again. When we ask them to put more the owner says I will charge extra for everything after whatever he puts in, but to make matters worse the manager/owner decides to grab the scraps out of the almost empty vegetable bin and put them on my bowl. He then proceeded down the line did the next food choice, I looked at him he looked at me. He knew it was not enough so when I asked, he then said you want extra insinuating I'm going to get charged instead of arguing I just kept going on. What a shame, is what it comes down to, It may sound greedy but it was more embarrassing to have to ask for a little extra veggie...I don't eat meat but all the veggies were not fresh at all, I much prefer Chipotle or Qdoba they at least give you the meal for what you have paid for.The establishment was dirty, food was not at all fresh, and extremely small quantities.Please CORPATE MOES....CLOSE THE MOES in DENVILLE. It's an embarrassment to your franchisee.I am never ordering from this location.

Very unfriendly environment and false advertising. The stuff are very rude, especially the manager. I’ve been going there quite regularly but they give me hard time after I spend so much money every time I went. The company should hire professionals not ignorants. And by the way the food had bugs in them, yak!!
