Zen Asian Sushi And Grill - Denver

As an amateur sushi eater, I found that there weren't many cooked roll options available. While most rolls can be fried, I generally prefer not to have fried options. They do offer other cooked menu items, but I was specifically in the mood for rolls. Overall, it's a great restaurant, and I would definitely recommend it!

I took my partner here for his birthday, and since he loves Asian cuisine, I wanted to find a place that stands out from the usual options. We started with pot stickers as an appetizer. They were decent—crispy on the outside, but they lacked the flavor we were hoping for. For my main course, I had the whisky beef, and it was fantastic! The meat was tender, the sauce was subtle, and the vegetables were nicely crisp. My partner ordered the Buddha bowl, and he thought it was amazing as well! Just like mine, it had minimal seasoning and crunchy vegetables. We’re excited to try more items from the menu in the future! The service was excellent too!

The restaurant is stunning, and the food is incredible. We have visited several times and have always had a great meal and experience. The cuisine at Zen is consistently delicious. Yesterday, the staff was very helpful and recommended some sushi rolls and drinks for us to try. We thoroughly enjoyed everything throughout the night.

Sushi was good. Salmon was overcooked. Food was slow but server was very nice.
