Walked in tonight and there weren’t many customers there. That could be awkward at some places but they made me feel very welcome and walked me through the menu. Thank you so much!

Although I can't recall exactly what my boyfriend chose for his bowl, I do want to mention that when I asked to substitute rice noodles for udon noodles—since rice noodles weren't initially on the menu—the staff kindly agreed. I went with rice noodles topped with chicken, veggies, and both the red and green dragon sauces because I love a bit of heat! I found the red dragon sauce, which is a chile habanero, wasn't quite my favorite flavor, but the green dragon sauce—a serrano sauce—was absolutely delicious, and had a perfect kick! I enjoyed my meal so much that I can definitely see us coming back here regularly. Think of it as the Chipotle of Asian cuisine; you really can't go wrong when customizing your own dish! Additionally, their tea selection is impressive, featuring around 4-5 different varieties. I only tried the hibiscus tea, but it paired perfectly with my lunch. If you’re looking to satisfy your taste buds, definitely go for the BYO bowl!
