Subway - Denver

I attempted to get a refund for my order, but it has been a week without any response. No one picks up the phone at this location, and the company's customer service has been unresponsive. Additionally, the PR team on their social media platforms hasn't provided any assistance either.

This subway is in pretty bad shape. I know most subways aren’t the best, but this one had only two bread options and minimal meat choices. The soda fountain was lacking both options, and the bathroom was out of order. I really don’t understand how they can run a food and drink facility without providing basic amenities.

The food was good, but the customer service was lacking. No one smiled, greeted me, or said thank you. Despite that, I enjoyed my meal. However, when I asked to use the bathroom, I found out that two people who had ordered before me had already used it, yet I was told it wasn't available. Hmm...

08/08/2022 Monday what a great experience I had for lunch in the subway today and my footlong was delicious. Raina/Jamme were very perfessional very helpful.Thanks so much for my day. the best subway ever. the 16th street mall denver , colorado .

It is a nice place to eat but one of the employees is rude when I ask for something , and the bread is some what hard, since then they have gotten better staff
