Shake Shack - Denver

Shake Shack offers fast food burgers that are quite overpriced. I had never tried their burgers before, and my experience was disappointing. The burger was small and extremely greasy, while the fries were just okay. However, I would return for a shake, as it was truly delicious. In the end, we spent over $70 for four burgers and drinks!

On September 30, 2022, I tried this restaurant for the first time, and unfortunately, they messed up my order. I was part of an office DoorDash order and specifically requested the spicy fries with bacon, but the fries arrived without the bacon. This left a poor first impression, and if my coworkers decide to order from them again, I will choose to get my food elsewhere. The food itself was just average; I would have rated it three stars, but the order mistake cost them a star. Additionally, the prices are quite high. The fries and sandwich totaled $20.24, which feels excessive considering the quality and the fact that there was no drink included. Overall, I was quite disappointed.

This restaurant has a perfect 10 out of 10 location, offering a fantastic view and beautiful interior. The customer service is also superb, earning another 10 out of 10! Unfortunately, the food was disappointing. We ordered three hamburgers and fries for $40, which wasn’t the problem; the real issue was the lack of flavor. The sauce tasted like a cheap McDonald's imitation with a bit of a kick. I tried a drink called "Pumpkin Patch," but it tasted more like pumpkin dirt or vines. Overall, the food really let down what could have been a great experience.

I was given a chicken sandwich with NO chicken on it. When I told a staff member, a manager came to the front and accused me of doing something with the chicken? Implying I did something with it? I?ve never been more confused or embarrassed. I just wanteda chicken sandwich WITH chicken on it? absolutely insane. Don?t come here unless you want the staff to mess up your order andthen somehow blame YOU for it!

Shake Shack is the supreme fast-casual burger restaurant, in my opinion. Not only is the food hella good but the company?s backstory and insane growth is quite impressive as well. On this particular visit I indulged in a Double ShakeShack Burger Angus beef cheeseburger with lettuce, tomato, and ShackSauce on a toasted potato bun, $8.99) and Crinkle Fries $3.29),skipping the namesake to save room for booze. I loved every bite. These burgers are beyond delicious. The burger is so moist andveggies fresh. The ShackSauce is pretty much their version of fry sauce which no one beyond the PNW ever has so it probably hassomething to do with why I love this place so much. You can?t skip out of the fries. Well, you can, but you?re doing yourself amean one. If you?ve never been to one of these restaurants this is your sign. I can?t miss it if I?m around one!
