Ranch House Cafe - Denver

Esmeralda was awesome she took good care of us! Good pricing! We recommend this place, My husband is a longtime chef, he ordered breakfast and loved the pancakes, sausage , potatoes and green chili.

Terrible service. at my first visit I went about 10 o'clock and it wasn't too busy. the service lasted at least 25 minutes, the last five of them sat our food with several employees who walked through it without a look. No one checked with us after eating. we had to fly down the middle old waitress with the black hair and the heavy eyeliner. No one came back to pay. I tried to pay on the counter, but was ignored by the same waitress. Finally, the second waitress who took our order asked if we needed something and I asked if we could pay. Mediocre food. I had a omelet with baked carrots. the kartoffels were still raw and the mushrooms in the omelet were watery. the second visit was shorter, but just as terrible. the same waitress with the eyeliner was very rude for my special needs child. we went without order. a terrible personal.

After a graduation we decided to all meet here for lunch. There are steak and egg specials and I went with the carne asada special. The staff is good and friendly but the food wasn’t great. The prices were super cheap though so I think perhaps my expectations were a little high. It’s not a very clean place either but it’s east Colfax too, those expectations. I will admit the place was busy and even though she was running everywhere our waitress didn’t miss a beat. Fast friendly and got everyones order correct and to us at the same time. I think that is the best thing I can possibly say about the place.

Great Place, Service is quick, food is decent for the pricing, a true dinner pricing. They do have limited creamer selections, and coffee types however parking lot is great lots of room. The building has character. The food is hot, and the service is quick. We stopped by for a quick meal before a weekend getaway at winter park. We will be back.
