Park Burger Pearl - Denver

The burgers and fries are tasty—while not the absolute best, they are definitely above average. We did have an unfortunate experience and a bit of a misunderstanding with one of the waitstaff, but the manager, Stephanie, was very apologetic and went above and beyond to ensure our experience improved and the issue was resolved professionally. The five stars are solely due to her warm hospitality and the care she showed us. She truly stands out as someone who could excel in managing a restaurant like this.

By far the best burgers in town! You have to try "The Getting Figgy With It" or "The Royale"! The hand-cut fresh French fries are incredible; my favorites are the Parmesan Truffle Fries, Sweet Potato Fries, and the Works. And definitely don’t leave without indulging in a classic milkshake—my personal favorite is the Caramel Heath Bar Shake. Or just stop by for a delightful cocktail!

When you arrive here make sure you ask for Nicole. She is the best server here for sure! Before the manager gave us Nicole, there was a cranky, uppity waitress that ignored us for well over 1/2 hour. We were hungry and after 1/2 hour with no service or even water we found the manager which assigned us a new waitress Nicole. Nicole was delighful, cheerful, attentive and quick on her feet. She was so good, I gave her a 30% tip which she certainly earned. It had been a couple of months since we had been at Park Burger so, I sure hope for all of our sakes and milkshakes that Park Burger will hire more wait staff like Nicole instead of the uppity, cranky, customer-ignoring ones. Please thank Nicole for us. She saved the day!

This place has fantastic food and a great staff. Our burgers were done perfect, the fries were amazing and service was the best. We did have a little issue with our bill, but Stephanie and Sarah got things taken care of. If you want a burger that is amazing, this is the place to go!

The environment is nice and the staff very thoughtful. I ordered the 'El chilango ', a great choice for those who like spicy as they come with jalapeno, and I suggested having it with a vanilla milkshake, making it a great combo.
