Panera Bread - Denver

If they calculate 3 dollars for a few ounces of cream cheese they would not assume that they contain the cream cheese in my order. Why is that so hard? I'm almost on a week's load and they keep showing me they don't care about my business. you expect me to come here if you don't care. there were three items I bought, how do they forget 33% of the order? I know you're gonna get some free stuff, but I don't want it. I want you to watch the team in the bag and check if the whole order is there before they give it to the customer.

I'm so sad about my breakfast of panera today. I ordered sibata with rührei, avacado and huh. when I don't have an egg, minimal avacado and huh only open brot. price was $7. I paid 15 bucks for bread with others to dine.

Went to the store on Hampton through the drive-through and ordered group chicken noodle soup that feeds four people. When I got home it was all broth and hardly any noodles or chicken. I called to talk to the supervisor and complain that for $21 I should have some noodles and Chicken to feed four people. He told me to come back and he would give me another order. I picked up the order came home and had the same amount of noodles chicken which was not enough to even feed one person let alone four. Disappointed in that store and will not go back again.

I work nearby and my colleagues always want soup or salad. Ordered 3 of each plus more and my order ended up missing 2 soups. Instead of soup, they gave me tortilla strips? Extra dressing for salad was not included either and feta cheese and pecans were missed on my salad. They definitely skimp out on their portions at this location, my salads are always half full and for the price per salad, that's disappointing! I repeated my order to the employee 3 times and my food was still forgotten. $95 order, and now we have to go back because they aren't willing to travel across the street to deliver the missing food. Will not be going back.

Very rude drive thru staff. For no reason lol. She yawned loudly into the mic, talked openly to other staff about “being petty,” asked me if I wanted a straw for a dome lid- lol. Very very rude for no reason. Maybe ask your mom for a hug? 11:00 am today. Won’t return! Hate it there :
