Oskar Blues Grill Brew - Denver

We were able to make reservations even though the restaurant wasn't open. You really need to address this issue. This is the second time this has happened. If a business isn't open, they shouldn't allow reservations.

The restaurant was closed, so we ended up really disappointed on New Year's Eve.

This restaurant is closed, yet they haven't bothered to update their website, OpenTable listing, or voicemail to inform anyone.

Our waiter Patrick was awesome! Had the whole family out for lunch and we had a great time. They were out of a couple of food items but overall it was a fantastic experience with great music and ambiance. We’ll be back!

Oskar Blues has some of the best stouts I've tasted in Denver so far, pairing very well with their truffle fries and massive burgers. The burgers were good cooked medium, but next time we'll probably ask for medium-rare because it seemed that medium was still a bit overcooked for our tastes. We went on a weeknight, which was a very laid back time to visit, no serious crowd to contend with. The waitstaff was very friendly and helpful, giving us great suggestions from the menu and treating us with great kindness and care.
