Milo's Sports Tavern - Denver

It's got a good enclosed patio so it's pretty decent. A few pool tables inside and nice people around. 4 stars only because I tried to joke with the bar tender about my i.d. saying it was made fresh at home. She didn't take it as a joke. I like to get along with any bartender but she blew the first impression

Make no mistake, this is a dive bar with fantastic wings. The decor is very rough but what you would expect from a dive bar. Drinks are normal priced and fine, but the real superstar of Milo's is their wings. They have maybe 15 different flavors and I've enjoyed everyone I've tried. Great place to watch a game and eat wings or get a drink and eat some wings.

Can't say that I'm a regular, but if you're a Nuggets fan like me, this is a great place to enjoy the games, drink what you want, and eat some great food. I've had a variety of wings, the chicken strips, the burritos, hamburgers, and bowls of Chili there (no, not all at once! All were very tasty and well worth the price. Service is good, people are nice. The place is close to my house, but I'd travel further for the experience. Bathrooms? Well, not so great, but luckily I don't spend much time in there! I'll keep coming as long as they'll have me.

Fun place for a beer on happy hour after work. We have stopped her a few times and have always had a good time. Bartenders are all wonderful too, and make going there an even better experience.

I was actually surprisingly impressed with Milo's considering it's just a little neighborhood tavern. The wings were really good. Nice and crispy and I enjoyed the sauce selection. The mild&gold sauce is not one that I find often but I really like it and think Milo's did a good on their version of it
