La Loma - Denver

Good lunch near the brown palace. it is very busy so that they must reserve a table on open table.

As always, la loma has the best green chili in greater denver area. we miss the comfort of the old location

It was a Friday night, and although we had a reservation, we still had to wait about 5-10 minutes for a table. Once we were seated, it took another 15 minutes to receive chips and salsa, and we waited an additional 10 minutes just for water. The food here is amazing, but I’ll have to brace myself for the slow service next time.

I always have a wonderful experience at this restaurant. While I may occasionally be seated toward the back, I appreciate that they honor reservations even when better tables are available. It's common to encounter similar practices at other restaurants as well.

I love everything about La Loma, but I have noticed that the service can be a bit slow at times. I'm sure that's just a result of how busy it gets. This won’t stop me from coming back, but I think it’s worth mentioning that you might find yourself there for over an hour.
