Not my first time coming to this place, but last 3 times I went there my drinks were bad and tasteless. Orange yogurt was very watery and almost tasteless. My chai drink tasted nothing like chai but just like regular milk. One of the girls was very rude too. Very disappointed because I used to like them

I've been here a few times and I just don't get the hype. Tea is okay... blended drinks are okay, and boba is just okay. But today I waited almost 45 min for just an okay drink that was 8$ +tip don't fool yourself on trend. Lollycup is 10 min away has way better seating, flavor, food, and parking options.

Disgusting group of people.After having gone in to pick up an order, I waited in line with just a family of three ahead of me. I was not greeted, let alone acknowledged in any way. A customer comes in after me, she is greeted, acknowledged and invited to place her order, while I am still waiting. I catch the attention of a man behind the counter, and tell him I’ve been waiting and haven’t been helped. This man dismisses me with a shooing wave of his hand toward the man who is pretending I alternate don’t exist.A woman behind the counter then turns around to greet me. I am obviously upset now. I told her I was waiting for my order but I no longer want it and would like my money back. She responds that my order is ready, I repeat that I want my money back and add that I will not spend money at any place that I am ignored and feel unwelcome. I got my money back. I was the only Black person in the building. I will not be back to this anti-Black, racist establishment.

Came in tonight and it was steady busy but would like to give a shout-out to whoever worked the front today, KFT is short staffed right now and this girl was the only one working. She has great customer service and had a good attitude even when she was busy running orders, making the drinks, and cleaning up. She deserves a damn raise for all the work she putting in. Other then that drinks are always on point, they are pretty consistent every time I’ve went.

Too much to list unfortunately, I could rant but it was just really disappointing. I’ve never had to have a conversation like that with a business owner when I’ve ordered something and got something different. Hopefully things turn around for them so they can actually provide things that are ordered but I’m not going to come back after they made me feel bad about taking a substitution instead of what I actually wanted. Kinda unprofessional and the treatment from them was even worse.
