I placed an order for three meals at 7:31 PM on September 3rd. I waited in my car for over 30 minutes and still hadn’t received my food. It turned out that our order had been given to someone else. I went inside and waited another 10 minutes, but we still hadn't received our meals. In the end, I had to ask the managers for a refund. The service manager seemed unclear about the situation. I don't want to give a rating because there aren't any negative stars available. The manager was reluctant to process the return.

The individual I encountered this evening at 7:00 was, unfortunately, the most unpleasant server I’ve dealt with in a long time. If someone dislikes their job and the people they serve so much, it might be worth considering a career change—KFC may not be the right fit for them. A role as a corrections officer might suit her better.

I just ordered from this place and got the mac and cheese. It was nearly $5 for a small portion, and they barely filled the bowl.

NIE WORK HERE! Yesterday I called out because I had a stomach bug and they fired me. I don't get sick and I'm getting sick.

We ordered online and they said it would be ready in 5 minutes, but it wasn?t ready when we arrived and we still had to wait. Took about 40 minutes total. I just wonder if the training the employees get is sufficient. It?s not like they are that busy at 4:30 in the afternoon.
