Fat Sully's Pizza - Denver

This was my first time visiting this restaurant, and the food was excellent—truly fantastic! It reminded me a lot of New York-style pizza, which is something you don't find many of in Colorado. The prices are also very reasonable for the quality of food you get. Unfortunately, I have to give it a 4 out of 5 because of the service. I had to request refills and napkins, even though the servers didn’t seem to be busy at all.

This place is fantastic, and the location is excellent as well. The service is consistently good, the drinks are quite nice, and they likely have something on tap that you'll enjoy. I often visit for the Giant pizza, which is perfect for family gatherings. When ordering, I recommend asking for it to be "well done" or "crispy"—this ensures it’s thoroughly cooked, and you’ll definitely notice the difference. Additionally, I suggest requesting your pizza to be "double-cut" so that the slices aren't overwhelmingly large. Trust me, these two small adjustments will make a big difference. Weekends can get a bit crowded, so if you're with a larger group, be prepared to wait. However, sitting at the bar is also a fun option. I hope this helps!

My brother was visiting from the northeast, and even though I was a bit hesitant to take him for pizza, AC/FS exceeded my expectations. He absolutely loved the pizza! Plus, when my burger was served incorrectly, I was pleasantly surprised that the kitchen promptly remade it. The manager also came out to let me know that they would remove it from the bill. The exceptional service truly complemented the fantastic food.

Awesome service and the best garlic knots we ever had, wow! The draft beer selection was great too. The pizza on the other hand was missing something, I think it was tomato sauce since dunking it in the knot tomato sauce helped tons. Would definitely return.
