Chipotle Mexican Grill - Denver

The portion sizes are disappointingly small. The prices have increased and the quality and quantity of food have decreased. They frequently forget items but always remember to charge for them. We are now opting to visit a different Chipotle even though this one is just a 5 minute walk from us.

So there is this girl with blue eyes and a red neck tattoo. She helped the customer who came after me what she knew she came after me, helped her immediately and ignored me then, although I was right next to her and came before her by well three minutes, who the coworker with the blue eyes and the red hals tattoo was already aware. I haven't tried a chipotle for months and the first time I come back is the way I've been treated dead I've never come back. If she hadn't done me late for work, I would have spoken to a manager.

What’s the point of ordering extra steak when you don’t even get a simple full portion.. they are pretty stingy here. Especially if you door-dash trust me when I say you won’t get a full reasonable portion they have done this so many times I have to make this review now.

Worst Chipotle experience I've ever had. Restaurant was dirty...food stations...dirty..like dirty. There qas hot sauce in the sour cream. I wanted Sofritas, but it was so old and over cooked I had to stop the server before he put it on my bowl. I then watched him scrape was was certainly less than a portions size of black beans into my friends bowl.The cashier didn't even look up from his phone when he asked if we needed anything else. I've never seen a Chipotle look like this in any state. What's going on? Needless to say I barely ate my food. Hoping this was just a fluke..but i will not be returning to this location ever.

Consistently stingy af, have given this location many chances but can say without a doubt will never be returning to this location again. It's like their employees are trained to given tiny portions even when paying for double meat and requesting extra of anything. Do not waste your time and money here.
