Brio Tuscan Grille - Denver

I used to visit Brio at least once a week. My sister gave me a $100 gift card for the restaurant, but now both locations in Denver have closed. I asked her about it.

This restaurant is stunningly beautiful. The moment you walk in, it feels like you're in Italy. The decor and seating are perfect. I ordered the mushroom ravioli and it was delicious.

Dear menu designer, Please consider renaming your 'Mediterranean Salad' as it did not align with traditional Mediterranean ingredients. As an Italian restaurant, it is expected to include tomatoes, onion, olives, feta, oregano, and olive oil vinegar. Unfortunately, the salad we received had tangerines, beets, and no feta cheese. While the service was great and a replacement was provided, it was still a disappointing experience.

I gave it 5 stars because my group liked their happy hour. I am a vegetarian and I don't drink alcohol. So happy hour and non healthy happy hour food does not impress me. But my family liked their calamari and a couple other items they ordered. The 2 ladies behind the host desk were extremely friendly. And a couple of the other staff members whom I bumped into on the way to the bathroom were super smiley. Also they validate parking for 3 hours. So while it is not my kind of food and beverage, I do recommend this place for those who like this kind of food and beverage.

Excellent service! Delicious Italian food. The spaghetti carbonara was very tasty and a nice portion size. We are looking at hosting an event there as well. Also glad that they validate parking since it costs to park at cherry creek.
