Taco Bell - Denton

Ordered the power bowl through the app and it was perfect! No only was it correct but it looked beautiful too!

It's good to stop here when it isn't busy..and lately it's been a gamble if your order is right when it is busy. It's clean, staff is friendly (most of them) and they do try to make sure you're a satisfied customer before you leave. There are times you wait for 20 minutes for food, times when your wait isn't more than 5 minutes.

You know you?re not paying for amazing food but my burrito was hard as a rock and cold to where it had obviously been sitting for hours. They didn?t even know what drink i ordered and i had to ask for it. The staff are not friendly and you had to standat the counter and yell to get someones attention. 0/5 stars if i could

This Taco Bell?s food was exactly what you would expect from your average Taco Bell. However I dined in and the service was very poor. They didn?t know which order was which, they didn?t get my regular Baja blast slushee, or my friends? baja drinks. The oneworker additionally was obviously high.

This is by far the worst Taco Bell I've ever been to. I visit frequently since it's the only one within a reasonable driving distance, and I have a bit of an obsession with Taco Bell. Unfortunately, every time I go—regardless of the day or time—the wait is incredibly long. Even more frustrating is the constant mix-up with my orders; it happens every single time. They either forget items, make mistakes, or include the wrong items in my bag. I can't tell if they are consistently short-staffed or just not very capable. On a positive note, the staff are always friendly and willing to correct my orders when needed.
