Bidrage med feedbackThe food and drinks at Sweetwaters are delicious, but in the past 6 months, every order I've placed through doordash has been messed up. I stopped ordering my favorite item, the spinach ricotta croissant, because it always arrived uncooked, soggy, and wet. It used to be perfectly cooked, so I'm not sure why they would send out uncooked food. Today, I ordered a green tea latte, but received regular tea instead, with no cream or milk. It seems like there may be a management issue at Sweetwaters, as the service has declined significantly. It appears they may be understaffed or not properly training their employees. The managers and owners should take responsibility and either hire more staff or stop accepting doordash orders if they can't keep up.
I had read the reviews before going to this restaurant and some people mentioned that the welcome was lukewarm or nonexistent. While they don't greet customers with a loud "welcome to Starbucks" like some places do, the staff was pleasant enough. I was there to work, enjoy some coffee, and have a meal. Trinity was friendly and kind, she took my order and offered to bring it to me at the counter where I was sitting. She also informed me that even though I ordered a latte, I could get refills on coffee. The coffee was delicious. I ordered a latte with heavy cream and sugar-free almond syrup. I should have asked for one less pump, but it was still tasty and went down quickly. I spent the whole day there and kept smelling the delicious treats coming out of their bakery. I ended up getting a bagel sandwich, which was very tasty. I also ordered a matcha green tea frappuccino. The young man who served me was polite, although not as good as Trinity. The place was busy throughout the day. I only lost internet connection once, but it came back within a few minutes. The price of the coffee was more affordable than Avoca on 377 and tasted just as good. The internet connection was also much better. I'm planning to take my husband there this morning. I'll try ordering my latte with one less pump of almond syrup and more crustless quiche.
I'm in the coffee business and I'll take Sweetwater's everyday of the week and twice in Sunday before I go to Starbucks. Friendly baristas. Calming atmosphere. My wife and I enjoy stopping in during the evening for a latte or cappuccino.
Regular on Ubereats, absolutely love their cold brews, and their sandwich's are amazing. Have only physically visited twice but each time has been a nice experience. A little bit on the pricey side, but still worth it.
My husband and I order Sweetwaters almost every weekend through UberEATS, and with the amazing quality we're going to have to stop by in person soon to check it out! We have yet to find something on the menu that we don't like, personally I'm a huge fan of the mango matcha jeweled lemonade. The bacon egg and cheese asiago bagel is another favorite of ours. We also have 4 dogs and they are also big fans of Sweetwaters...the pup cups are a huge hit! We love to support local businesses, and this one makes it so easy!
