Bidrage med feedbackPretty poor customer service. I order 2 sandwiches online for pick up order. I get a text notification that my sandwiches are made so I go over to the store. Upon asking for my sandwich I was told they didn't have meatball so one of my sandwiches hasn't been made. I'm already in a bit of a rush which is why I order online for pick up. I made another sandwich and then had to pay the difference between the two since there was nothing that was the exact price of the meatball sub. There was some confusion on how to do this on behalf of both of the employees which only added to my time. By the time I left my other sandwich was already cold instead of warm and toasted as I had ordered. Overall pretty bad experience. Certainly will just go to Mike's Subs or Jimmy Johns instead.
This store has no veggie patty. The restroom paper towel is broken. Clean restroom. One of the sandwiches maker is slow, others are ok.
This place is waaaay understaffed with only one woman running the place. Not only did I have to wait more than 15 minutes for the cookies on my order, but I left with a soggy sandwich. Before I left, I asked if the sandwich would be soggy only to have my concerns met with meatball marinaras are always soggy. Not a pleasant visit.
We had a badge recently expired, but the server handled it pretty well. they didn't compose the credit, but they said it in a wise manner that saved the face for everyone.
Order online tonight 11/6 and due to them a quantity online ordered our was not ready and a hired named david or daniel came personally to tell us that they are behind due to a lot of online orders and he starts eating on ours. After he did it, he brought it out and told us that we should let him know if something is wrong with them and he will give both sandwiches personally, both sandwiches were very good and the service was even better. they have a good employee who takes care of the service of his customers
