We love stopping here and getting sandwiches for our picnics! Staff and service are super friendly, always fast, and orders are always accurate. The reub is AMAZING and my son loves her toasties! We are always looking forward to eating here.

Customer service is exceptional and the food is always fresh and tasty. The restaurant remains clean, even if it is busy. Even if you order board pickup or delivery, the food is so well packed!! I had a styrofoam cup of soup completely over, and the lid didn't even swing!

Honestly, this franchise is the better options from the other similar restaurant in the city. Their sandwiches are tasteful and their other options are decent. The only real problem is that people who make food sometimes make orders wrong. How to say extra Mac and cheese and you never got it. Or you don't say onions and somehow you're still taking on onions on the sandwich. Or the sandwich content is missing because they hardly put anything on it. But overall I enjoy the food enough to come back.

Eating it good portion, but humming it may seem small. The first time I ate here, the part was small for me. Just what I'm expecting or the plates are just too big. Depending on what you are looking for, but eating it well. The drinks are good and the tea is Texas sweet. My son doesn't like mac and cheese. But the dipped subs are great. Salads are also good. Cookies are the woman's favorite.

Use to never have issues here, now it’s been consistent. Ordered a veggie sandwich, which according to their site is supposed to contain avocado and peppers. Neither were on there, literally just a tomato, lettuce, and cucumber sandwich. Cookies were dry, stale, and crumbling apart. Hopefully management can pull it together.
