Chili's Grill - Denton

Our waitress was great, very attentive! The food was really good and the price was better than what I had expected! Overall, 2 thumbs up!! ! Would be happy to go there again!! ! ????

We love chili's and order often. We have bought the gallon margaritas to go and it tasted like soap both times we ordered it. it was undrinkable. Yesterday we ordered our usual rib eye steak meals which are to die for. however, they gave us sirloins maybehoping we wouldn't notice. they were chewy and not ribeyes. we will most likely have to go pick up our orders from now on sincethey lack consistency. the food is usually really good.

I had a fantastic experience during my quick lunch! The service was excellent, and I was greeted with a smile right away. I enjoyed a refreshing unsweetened iced tea along with a delicious salad, perfectly cooked broccoli, and a protein of my choice for the day. She really knows my preferences well!

The service and food were good, but I was troubled when I saw a server leave the restroom without washing his hands before returning to work. I reported this to the manager, but he didn't seem to take it seriously. Overall, the management was lacking, and the cleanliness of the staff was concerning.

My daughter’s cheese fries, although served in a hot pan, were not heated inside; the cheese looked old and plastic-like. My burger was just mediocre, and the fries were lukewarm. Her chicken tenders were not in great condition either. The restaurant's interior was dingy and far from clean; the little payment device on our table was covered in dust. I’m not sure how the health department hasn’t stepped in yet. Chili’s needs an upgrade, a remodel, or at least a thorough cleaning to change the atmosphere. I understand that staffing shortages due to the pandemic are challenging, but that doesn’t excuse the quality of the food or the cleanliness of the restaurant. I don’t plan on returning, but I truly hope things improve for the sake of future patrons.
