I am always impressed with quality of food and the wonderful variety of food made. The absolute most flavorful brisket and everything I've tried has so much love and thought put into it with the flavors and textures it's definitely one of my favorite places to eat on the go in Wylie.

Oh my goodness people!! Stop looking for any other place to cater! His food is to DIE for! Not only that, but this man is a true gentleman and professional. There is not enough good things to say. We had the smoked pulled pork, brisket chicken as well as the beans, smoked Mac cheese coleslaw. I don't eat coleslaw so I can't speak on that, but everything else I did taste...chef's kiss!
