Ethanol free gas, and the woman who runs this place, runs a tight ship. She will have fresh food cooked, you don't even have to ask, she'll offer to cook it fresh! Impressed me. They run a solid business. Usually there's a rooster outside.

I am recanting my previous 4 star review. I have tried to order like 8 times and every order is cancelled to them not having SOMETHING. How are you even open if you never have anything. It has been freaking months of second chances. Never again. I'll make sure my friends don't bother either. got boiled and fried shrimp. The boiled shrimp were a bit soft but decent flavor. Definitely edible, but likely not spicy enough for most of us Cajuns. The fried shrimp were good! The shrimp fried rice not bad, but it's going to have those weird tiny Chinese shrimp that I tend to hate and be a food snob over. It's Louisiana and we have access to great seafood so I have no shame in being particular over seafood. That being said, good for the price and I only wish it included a good cocktail sauce

My friend went there yesterday and ordered a piece of fish and one chicken tender and a potato log. The lady waiting on her rolled her eyes and she asked for bbq sauce but she said she had to order a meal for that so she ask for ketchup and she ignored her. So my friend being a sweet person just said ok and she said she would just pay so she pulls out her card and she screams out you no have cash? Again rolling her eyes, then she goes on to say there 's a .25 cent sur charge and my friend said ok cause she understood that. Well the card declined and she said let me call and have some money transferred it won 't take a minute and this rude woman goes off throwing the food back saying once card declined always declined. My friend just left embarrassed. It 's bad enough she had surgery and can only eat a little at a time but that is in no way how to run a business. Just hearing that I will never go there and I 'm gonna recommend others don 't if asked because it does not matter about the food if the people treat you Ugly and badly like she was. Not a good way to keep customers Extremely rude woman Needs to learn how to treat customers

I love the people that own the gas station. they are good people and they are super good at running that gas station. there food isn't my favorite, to me it's way to salty. it is cheap though, so that could be a good thing. anyway they still run a good store

Food is great but the lady is rude.
