Worst kfc ever staff clueless and rude . Always missing something from the order . Who ever is running the place obviously has no control customer service is shocking Who ever is the area manager needs to do their job because this place is a embarrassment to kfc. Do your self a favour and avoid and use the one in rhyl.

Man behind the counter rude. I tried using the self service but it wouldn't get my order right, went to the tills to be told to go and try again as the prefer you to use this method. Went back and told them my order is going wrong after 2nd attempt they let me order my food at the till explaining I wanted to salad . Man had attitude with me food arrived with salad. Some staff need teaching customer service !

I am not sure where they find their staff, but it seems like they struggle to get orders right. It should be a simple task to take an order and input it into the system, but they always seem to mess it up. Frustrating experience.

I ordered two box meals at the drive-through and was asked if I wanted to upgrade to a large size. I agreed, but was disappointed when I received small portions of chips, chicken burgers, and only one serving of coleslaw (instead of the two I expected). Additionally, they forgot to include the gravy that I had requested. When I called to complain, they offered to give me another serving of chicken gravy, but I would have to drive back to the restaurant to pick it up. Overall, I was not satisfied with the experience and felt like it was a waste of money. I will not be returning.

Well we decided to give them the benefit of the doubt after the last 4 takeaways where not what we ordered , tonight being Christmas Eve I decided to drive 4 miles to kfc rhuddlan for a meal, after queuing for 40 minutes was told to park in a collection bay as they had run out of chicken, we ordered a double GRAVY box , what’s so difficult not to put the gravy in , it’s in the title , well we are finished now with the ridiculous place, happens every time and you cannot contact them by phone so they get away with it all the time, no way was I driving back 4 miles to ask for gravy , be very proud of yourself kfc staff absolutely abismal excelled again.
