This place had many possibilities, and I wish I had tried more of them. I had a trail mix cookie from the serval vegan options and it was great!

After a peek at the menu online, I knew I had to give this place a shot. I convinced my group to trek down to the gorge for breakfast and we were not disappoint...

They offer a delicious vegan pesto avocado toast on focaccia bread, along with some delightful vegan pastries. I highly recommend the blueberry crumb pastry.

I enjoyed a wonderful cappuccino along with brown rice and a boron shell. It was a fantastic way to start the day. I'm so glad they are here!
