Kfc - Deltona

I had never tried a famous bowl before, but it was quite a lot of food! It’s a fantastic value, especially since it includes a drink and a cookie as well.

Every time I visit this KFC, they seem to be out of pot pies. This time, I decided to place a preorder four hours in advance to ensure they would save one for me. Last Sunday, a staff member told me that their truck arrives on Mondays, so I assumed they would have pot pies available by Tuesday, the day of my order. However, when I went to pick it up, they only handed me one of the two meals I had ordered, missing the pot pie. When I brought it to their attention, they said they were "going to tell me," but apparently forgot to mention it after bringing my order to the car. They informed me that they were out of pot pies and offered to substitute my meal with a famous bowl. While the staff was polite and apologetic, it was frustrating to realize that they knew only one of my meals was in the bag and didn’t tell me before I left. It’s even more disappointing since this is the fifth time in a row I’ve tried to order this meal and they’ve always been out of it. On the bright side, the employees have good customer service and always apologize for the inconvenience. You would think that if the truck arrives on Monday, they would have the meal available by Tuesday, but apparently, that’s not the case.

Literally the worst place to order from on this entire app. If you order pickup they will not even notice your order until you arrive and have to wait 20 minutes while they prepare it. If you order delivery they WILL mess up your order. I have no idea how but they mess it up so consistently that it has to be on purpose. I dont mean ordering a wing and getting a thigh... i mean ordering mac and cheese and randomly getting corn instead. Horrible.

I ordered the original flavor, but I received the extra crispy, which I really don't enjoy. The chicken was terrible.

It's a kfc, so they know what they get. the child at the window was super cool. good value, but much better when they take it home and scrape the hen in an air fryer.
